HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Kitchener and help coordinate the daily functions of our HR department.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the point person for our core people programs - everything from leading office recruitment and managing quarterly bonus cycles to handling employee relations.

This is a role for an HR professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work and keeping our internal people programs running smoothly.

The Work You’ll Own Recruiting Strategy & Oversight: You will oversee Riverdale’s overall recruiting program, tracking KPIs and ensuring our strategy is working.

You will partner with the Recruiter to keep our processes consistent.

Hands-on Hiring: You lead the full-cycle recruitment for all office and executive roles.
