HR Generalist

We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support our fast‑growing Hyderabad team. This role focuses on end‑to‑end payroll processing in India, employee relations (ER) case handling, and day‑to‑day HR support. You’ll ensure statutory compliance, provide high‑quality employee service, and partner with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or related field). MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations with hands‑on India payroll processing and employee relations exposure.
• Tools: Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and payroll systems (e.g., Keka, greytHR, Zoho Payroll). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation).
