Become an integral part of our client’s team as an HR Generalist focused on Health and Safety. You will manage key HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and training in a dynamic environment.

The HR Generalist will report directly to the Vice President and play a crucial role in coordinating the health and safety program. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and labor negotiations, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations. This role is essential for fostering a safe work environment and supporting various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate health and safety program for compliance
• Serve on Joint Health and Safety Committee
• Prepare WSIB documentation and claims
• Maintain Attendance Control Program
