Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for employee relations and conflict resolution
• Manage global benefits programs and 401(k) processes
• Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws
• Administer leave processes and workers’ compensation claims
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and conduct audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws
• Proven judgment in handling employee relations
