Molex is seeking an HR Generalist to support our operations. The HR Generalist will apply business knowledge and human resources expertise to provide a wide range of HR support and guidance, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, administration, and HR best practices, while fostering a positive relationship with employees and supervisors. 

Our Team

You will be part of an HR team focused on operational HR delivery and the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with supervisors and employees on the floor to ensure consistent execution of HR processes, alignment with policies, and a strong, culture‑aligned employee experience.
