• Provide expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance, recordkeeping, employee relations, recruiting, employee retention programs, performance appraisal, disciplinary and termination processes.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor hiring and recruitment processes for the plant including the review of application/resume, the evaluation of applicants’ skills and the recommendation regarding the applicants’ qualifications.
