HR Generalist

Our client is a well-established consulting engineering firm providing innovative multidisciplinary engineering solutions across the commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. They are looking for a driven HR Generalist to join their team in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, retention, and offboarding.


• Ensure HR compliance with South African labour legislation, Employment Equity (EE), Skills Development, and B-BBEE requirements.


• Assist with annual HR reporting, audits, and accurate employee record management.
