Summit Search Group is partnering with a well-established, national organization to hire an HR Generalist supporting employees across multiple locations. This role is a true generalist position and serves as a key point of contact for employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, HR programs, training, and ongoing support for leaders and employees.
What you will be doing
- Advise managers on employee and labour relations matters, including performance, attendance, disability management, investigations, and exits
- Support and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with leaders to align HR solutions with business goals
- Facilitate HR training programs such as coaching for performance and progressive discipline
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees
