Human Resources Generalist (16‑month Temporary)
We are looking for a 16‑month temporary Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position will be responsible for employee relations, HR operations, projects, and general HR team support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
- Foster Pason’s culture through continuous feedback, open dialogue, and support.
- Partner with leaders on workforce decisions (e.g., progressions, leaves, terminations).
- Identify trends in employee relations and recommend proactive solutions.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (UKG) and ensure data integrity.
