About the Opportunity
  • Act as a primary resource and liaison to address matters related to employment at the restaurant
  • Ensure HR Audits are executed on a timely basis, and results are communicated and acted upon
  • Prepare policies, procedures and training materials designed for restaurant leadership to ensure egal compliance and best practices for all phases of the employment relationship
  • Prepare written employee correspondence and provide coaching to leadership in best practices related to employee communications
  • Conduct legally defensible workplace Investigations to address internal conflicts or, in response to, but not limited to, Service Canada Inquiries and Ministry of Labour investigations
  • Facilitate and liaise with third party vendors to administer the Early and Safe Return to Work program
