Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire documentation and orientation.
+ Assist with employee relations matters by conducting investigations and providing recommendations.
+ Administer benefits enrollment, employee leaves, and HRIS updates.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
+ Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
+ Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
+ Prepare HR reports, audits, and analytics as needed.
+ Partner with leadership to support organizational and workforce initiatives.
