Hr Generalist

In this role you act as a trusted day-to-day partner to managers on people issues in a dynamic aviation environment. You will navigate employee situations practically and compliantly while managing core HR administration across the lifecycle. You will ensure processes align with Spanish labour law and internal policies, supporting a high-performing, engaged workforce. This position blends hands-on HR operations with strategic people initiatives in a multinational setting.

• Guide managers through performance issues, disciplinary matters, absences, conflicts, grievances and other sensitive situations in a fair, compliant way
• Support performance management, employee development and day-to-day leadership topics while contributing to engagement and a positive work environment
• Ensure HR processes comply with Spanish labour law, internal policies and documentation requirements, identifying and escalating risks
