HR & Front Office Administrator!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Track absences, leave, and other work time records
  • Support performance management cycles, training, and internal development
  • Provide office administration and general business support
  • Coordinate trainings, travel, and small HR projects
  • Liaise with external partners (payroll, benefits)
