Join us as a HR & Front Office Administrator!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure GDPR compliance
- Track absences, leave, and other work time records
- Support performance management cycles, training, and internal development
- Provide office administration and general business support
- Coordinate trainings, travel, and small HR projects
- Liaise with external partners (payroll, benefits)
