Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboardingAct as the first point of contact for HR-related queriesMaintain HR records, documentation, and ensure GDPR complianceTrack absences, leave, and other work time recordsSupport performance management cycles, training, and internal developmentProvide office administration and general business supportCoordinate trainings, travel, and small HR projectsLiaise with external partners (payroll, benefits)Details:
