Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Manpower Support

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign employees.

  • Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and staffing needs.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

  • Handle work pass matters (WP, SP, EP), including application, renewal, cancellation, and compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
