Job Description

Duties:

  • Establish strong working partnerships with different Business Units by providing first line support in all HR related matters
  • Ensure compliance to Company/HR practices, policies, procedures and statutory requirements
  • Ensure smooth implementation and administration of employee welfare and benefits in accordance to Company policies
  • Maintain and update employee records in Company's HRIS and P-files with accuracy and timeliness
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
  • Posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company
