The Role

The role is responsible for the timely and smooth running of the operational aspects of the HR function. He or She will be supporting the Assistant Manager in the facilitation of optimizing human resource in each business unit to achieve organizational goals.

Key accountabilities
  • Involvement in operational initiatives from Corporate HR
  • Management of recruitment and onboarding process eg. Manpower requisition / approval, Job profiles and orientation of new hires
  • Generation of reports for various stakeholders
  • Organize, schedule and execute HR Engagement activities i.e. Townhall
  • Management of EHOR & Work Injury claims
  • Management of work-related allowances
  • Management of Disciplinary/Grievances cases
  • Assist on Annual Cycle of Activities with COEs i.e. Promotion Exercise, Performance Appraisal, Annual Increment & Variable Bonus Exercise, Annual Wage Suppleme...
