Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for all recruitment vendors supporting BPO hiring.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and communicate them to vendors.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates from vendors as per job specifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between vendors, candidates, and internal hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of BPO industry hiring needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing multiple third-party agencies.
- Exposure to volume and niche hiring practices.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
