Job Description

Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the company.

Process monthly payroll for employees and expatriates, including statutory contributions and payroll related administration.

Manage expatriate taxation matters, including annual tax filing, tax clearance, and liaison with relevant authorities.

Administer employee medical and insurance benefits, including outpatient and inpatient claims and coordination with insurance providers.

Manage door access administration, including employee access card issuance, activation, deactivation, and access records.

Coordinate and liaise with personnel from Panasonic Group companies and external stakeholders.

Support employee welfare initiatives and HR related administrative matters.

Ensure proper documentation, maintain accurate HR records, and handle all confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
