About the role:
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with employees and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and operations.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
