Key Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience in IT Industry
  • Hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment
  • Basic understanding of Payroll Processing
  • Experience in HR Operations , including onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and HR records
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
