We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (compensation and benefits) to join our team. This role will focus on supporting compensation & benefits and ensuring the seamless execution of daily HR activities. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities.
