HR Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive (Recruitment)

We're looking for an HR Executive to handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role expectations

• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Coordinate interviews and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (mandatory)

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiar with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
