We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in handling end-to-end HR activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements Manage onboarding and employee documentation Maintain employee records and HR database Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Assist in employee engagement activities Manage HR compliance and statutory documentation (ESI, PF, etc.) Coordinate with regional teams if required Requirements Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 01 years of experience in HR or recruitment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Ability to work independently an...
