The Active Solutions is urgently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including technical recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Source, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds

Handle employee queries, concerns, and basic grievance management

Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and experience letters

Maintain HR records and generate reports as required
