HR Executive

DotClick is looking for a motivated and talented HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Details:

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000.
• Gender Preference: Female.
• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
• Shift Timing: Morning (10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday – Friday & Saturday Half-day).
• Preference: Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct employee orientations and oversee onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in performance management, goal-setting, and employee evaluations.
