Job Responsibilities Payroll Administration (Primary Focus)
- Manage monthly payroll processing using the BIPO HRMS platform.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Coordinate payroll submissions and verify payroll reports before processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS, and other government regulations where applicable.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and support internal and external audits.
- Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and compensation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.
