Job Responsibilities Payroll Administration (Primary Focus)
  • Manage monthly payroll processing using the BIPO HRMS platform.
  • Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
  • Coordinate payroll submissions and verify payroll reports before processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS, and other government regulations where applicable.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and support internal and external audits.
  • Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and compensation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.
