Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities and induction.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee verification and documentation.
  • Maintain HR MIS and recruitment reports.
