The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and general office administration to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS database.
  • Support in payroll inputs and attendance management.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and communication.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal process.
