Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding and induction of new employees, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and related inputs with the finance team.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation.
  • Handle exit formalities, including full and final settlement coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other correspondence as required.
