Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations
- Maintain and update employee records and filing systems
- Prepare employment documents, letters, reports, and other HR-related correspondence
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR activities
- Coordinate with government authorities and assist with compliance-related processes when required
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
