Job Description
Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- To ensures all activities related to HR functions comply with legal requirements and relevant labour laws and employment acts
- Assists HR Manager on company's HR policies, rules and regulations ensuring compliance with local and national regulations
- Assists HR Manager to prepare and generate miscellaneous and monthly HR management reports
- Responsible for the application of foreign work passes and arranging for the renewal and training of workers prior to certificate expiry dates.
- Assists in monitoring and maintaining the list of supply labour resources
- Consolidates the competencies of staffs and identifies the training needs
- Circulates memorandum via E-mail whenever there is new announcement by Management or Government
- Processes insurance and employee benefit claims
- Handles HR administration works
