Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, staff dormitory matters, and staff leave administration.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and related procedures for workers.
  • Maintain timely updates of employee records, ensure proper filing systems, and support overall office administration.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
