Job Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary payments. Monitor and maintain employees' attendance and leave records. Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates. Maintain and update employees' personal and employment records. Assist with general HR administrative duties and documentation. Liaise with relevant government authorities and departments when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations. Job Requirements
Candidates with relevant HR working experience are welcome to apply. HR experience in Malaysia is also acceptable. Responsible, organised, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Basic knowledge of payroll and work pass processing will be an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Benefits
