Job Description

Ensure that the incumbent for the position maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The person has to work on team development, talent acquisition and retention, HRIS, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee relation and engagement programs etc.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination for the Recruitment procedure
  • Co-ordination for Joining formalities
  • Managing employee database, leave and attendance management etc.
  • Co-ordination for performance management and improvement systems, administering the probationary review time period
  • Co-ordination for employee engagement programs
  • Co-ordination for knowledge updation activities
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits
  • Conduct exit interviews
