ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Beauty Retail team. You will be instrumental in helping the recruitment cycle, maintaining HR systems, and supporting employee relations within the company. This role focuses on payroll and administrative support, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR operation.

  • Priority Hiring: We are actively expanding and looking to onboard our next team member promptly therefore, candidates with immediate availability or a short notice period will be highly prioritized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll & Compensation:

  • Process end to end payroll administration using Quick HR system - generate payroll, CPF, IR8A, IRAS and tax clearance.

  • Process staff commissions and other staff payment matter (claims, leave management, time attendance, final salary).
