Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment-related duties, including WPOL processes for construction workforce onboarding, offboarding, and monthly renewals
Manage staff dormitory arrangements and related matters
Administer employee leave records and applications
Provide support for other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant experience within a contractor or construction environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
