Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment-related duties, including WPOL processes for construction workforce onboarding, offboarding, and monthly renewals

  • Manage staff dormitory arrangements and related matters

  • Administer employee leave records and applications

  • Provide support for other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience within a contractor or construction environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
