Job Description

Responsible for administering HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employees’ benefits, and performance management practices.

Manage monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecast for staff cost.

Facilitate all recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding activities.

Handle payroll operations including payroll calculations and allowances.

Review and update employee handbook, organization chart if necessary.

Provide care and support for employee’s engagement and welfare activities.

Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

A good leader, positive attitude and mission-driven.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
