As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
- Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Managing hiring, attrition and performance management processes
- Analyzing employee feedback and developing action plans to improve employee engagement
- Managing employee benefits programs
- Processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records and files
- Advising and providing support to management on HR-related matters
- Coordinating and executing company initiatives and events
- Conducting HR-related research and analysis as required
