  • Organizing activities to foster positive attitudes for employees each year.
  • Managing the budgeting control in operation activities and accomplishing the targets.
  • Conducting management reports on operation activities to maintain a database.
  • Conducting an employee satisfaction survey (EOS) each year and preparing a report to be analyzed for management.
  • Organizing CSR activities.
  • Continuing to develop a business culture based on Core values in the same manner.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.
