The HR Employee Relations & Ethics Compliance Manager is a key leadership role **reporting directly to the People Matters Director.** You will serve as the **essential liaison between the People Matters Director and the Employee Relations team** , translating Ford’s global people strategy into operational excellence.
In this role, you are the guardian of Ford’s speak-up culture. You will ensure that every employee feels safe, heard, and respected by overseeing the resolution of conflicts and disciplinary matters with unwavering fairness.
