•Bachelor's Degree holder
•With least 2 years’ of experience in HR Employee Relation
•Amenable to work on site
•Amenable to attend face to face interviews
Responsibilities:
•Counselling of employees
•In charge with DOLE reports and DOLE compliance
•Up to date knowledge of Labor laws
•Other task as assigned
