HR Driver / Scheduler

  • $36.22 per hour + penalty rates
  • Wednesday to Sunday 12:00PM to 8:00PM
  • Permanent full-time role – Morningside QLD

The Opportunity 

Based out of our Morningside QLD depot in Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver / Scheduler to support our operations in supporting the Containers for Change Scheme.

As a HR Driver / Scheduler you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily schedules for drivers and vehicle movements
  • Allocating jobs based on workload, vehicle availability, and operational priorities
  • Communicating with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Updating systems with job status, route changes, and completion times
  • Responding to delays or issues and adjusting schedules as needed
