We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on HR Director to help scale our people function as we expand into new markets.
The Role
The HR Director will lead talent acquisition, HR systems, compliance, and leadership guidance across all markets.
This is not a purely advisory role — we are looking for a doer who can build, execute and scale alongside the executive team.
You will play a critical role in shaping TIBC’s culture, leadership pipeline, and operational excellence as we grow globally.
