Job Description

An established & expanding hospitality group is seeking an experienced HR Director or senior HR professional to lead its people strategy from its corporate headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A commercially minded HR leader with proven experience operating within KSA & a strong background in service-led industries.

Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, this is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for driving the group's human capital strategy, organisational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, & HR transformation across a growing portfolio of hospitality businesses in line with the company culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HOD / or senior HR leadership position
  • Previous experience in KSA with solid knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudisation & local employment regulations
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations & business expansion
