Job Summary

Our Americas Human Resources Service Center is looking for an HR Operations Analyst with a strong customer service mindset to join the HR Direct team. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to employees and managers across multiple countries in the Americas region, ensuring a positive, efficient experience aligned with Tetra Pak's global HR processes. This position supports the Americas time zone and can be based in Monte Mor (São Paulo, Brazil) or Polanco (Mexico City, Mexico). Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or provide relocation support for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Direct focal point for employees across the Americas region, providing support through tickets and phone calls while ensuring service quality and SLA compliance;
