HR Digital Specialist

As a Human Resources (HR) Digital Specialist supporting the Asia Pacific region at Airbus, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation. In this role, you will be a Digital and AI Orchestrator and Change Agent who will be instrumental in project planning and deploying innovative Digital and AI solutions that will revolutionize how we manage and utilize HR data, moving beyond traditional analytics to create intelligent, automated systems. Job Responsibilities:

• Study, explore, propose and deploy AI agents, AI Chatbots, Digital workers and machine learning models that automate workflows across different tools, functions and stakeholders to solve complex HR challenges, such as employee sentiment analysis, talent acquisition optimization, and workforce planning while ensuring an optimised ROI

• Partner with HR stakeholders and data analysts to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI solutions
