HR Development Trainer - (Freelance, Contract or Part-Time)

Overview

Element is building a pool of freelance and part-time trainers for a major government HR capability development programme in the UAE. We are looking for experienced HR professionals and facilitators who can deliver high-quality, applied learning workshops for HR Specialists, HRBPs and Mid-Level Managers across corporate organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver applied, case-based and interactive learning sessions.
• Facilitate learning workshops with strong communication and group facilitation skills.
• Adapt content to diverse corporate audiences across HR functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR, consulting, organisational development or learning experience.
• Proven experience facilitating learning workshops.
• Strong understanding of various HR frameworks in complex organisations.
