HR Data Representative

Overview

As the HR Data Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of human resources data processed through our Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems. You will perform data processing tasks, maintain data quality and accuracy, and develop a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle, time and pay processing, pay elements, benefits, and union-related processes. This role supports Ledcor’s Business and Employee Services team in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee records, compensation, timekeeping, and payroll transactions in Workday, JDE, and HCM systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Validate, audit, and reconcile HR and payroll data to ensure completeness, compliance, and data integrity while resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
