Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
This role is responsible for managing HR data in various systems for multiple countries and ensure the data is maintained in a accurate, compliant and timely manner, responding reports or HR data analytics related requests or any queries associated with HR data from HR counterparts, employees and people managers, as well as continuous improvement of efficiency for data management processes through process optimization and technology.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. HR Data management
Maintain employment and personal information in global HR information system (Oracle) and various local systems in multiple countries.
Support employee lifecycle event processing (such as onboarding, offboarding, transfer, Contingent Worker management etc. ) through data and document management.
